Amelia Schoolhouse Inn


Fun, laid-back, boutique inn located in handsome red-brick historic schoolhouse. Fresh white rooms, in a variety of sizes, are decorated with school-themed accessories; think world maps and vintage school desks adorned with abacuses. Enjoy the lively bar, outdoor pool and lawn.

Located in a prime location in downtown Fernandina Beach on historic Amelia Island, the Amelia Schoolhouse Inn was originally built as the first school on the island in 1886. Designed by acclaimed architect Robert Sands Schuyler and known to all as "Schoolhouse No. 1", it ceased being a school later in the 20th century. After languishing around being a mix-used property for many decades, the dream was cast in 2017 to turn the "Old Schoolhouse" back into something the island could be proud of. By doing a complete restoration of much of the original items such as the windows, heart of pine floors, and brick, the Amelia Schoolhouse Inn brought back the original luster of the past and combined it with the modern amenities of today.

With 17 guest rooms, a pool, a courtyard with a putting green, and an upscale bar named "The Principal's Office", the Amelia Schoolhouse Inn promises to provide all the amenities a boutique inn should have along with being in a superb location within walking distance to over 30 restaurants and many more shops.

Elizabeth Pointe Lodge

Blue Heron Inn Bed and Breakfast


Located in the heart of the National Historic District, the Blue Heron Inn is a beautifully restored 3-story 1904 home furnished with the most elegant and up-to-date comforts. 

Imagine yourself sipping a cup of coffee on the beautiful wrap-around front porch as you enjoy a delicious breakfast or relaxing poolside with a glass of wine.

The Inn boasts six tastefully decorated, spacious guest rooms, all with private baths, some featuring Jacuzzi bathtubs or claw foot tubs. Lose yourself in the tranquility of the private landscaped backyard while you enjoy the gardens and the heated, lit, in-ground pool.

A gourmet breakfast is served to all guests as well as a daily complimentary Adult Time Out; hour of afternoon refreshments and fresh-baked cookies in the evening. We offer complimentary beach chairs. Young adults 16 years and over are welcome with accompanying adults.

Amelia Island Williams House


The Amelia Island Williams House is an elegant Select Registry bed and breakfast located in the historic village of Fernandina Beach, Florida. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood of beautiful Victorian homes, our inn is exquisite in its design and has been awarded the distinction of Historical Landmark.

This luxurious B&B is comprised of three buildings with 10 guest rooms. The Williams House, circa 1856, an Antebellum Victorian mansion owned and occupied for over 100 years by the family of Marcellus and Emma Williams, offers five elegant guest rooms. The second building, Hearthstone House, circa 1880’s, is a frame vernacular building with Greek Revival influence and contains four classic guest suites. And lastly, the Carriage House, rebuilt in 2004 on the site of the original carriage house, offers one guest room. An ornately wrought iron fence topped with gold fleur-de-lis ushers guests into a mansion with a unique gingerbread design by famed New York architect Robert Sands Schuyler. Guests are greeted by sweeping verandas, lush gardens, beautiful mouldings, massive pocket doors of heart pine and mahogany. Heart pine and mahogany floors and gorgeous hand-carved mantles surround original tiled fireplaces. Crystal chandeliers, stained glass windows, and beautiful furniture remind one of the 1800’s and life as it might have been for the Williams family.

Escape to Amelia Island Williams House for rest, relaxation, and plenty of pampering. Beautifully appointed guestrooms combine old-world attention to details with all the modern amenities, some with fireplaces, fresh baked cookies, whirlpool tubs and handmade bathe products are some of the extras you can expect here. A gourmet two course breakfast is served every morning in the dining room, and guests can also enjoy a social hour with wine each evening.

Fairbanks House


 Fairbanks House is an adult-focused upscale inn offering attentive hospitality to romantics, ladies groups, vacationers and weary travelers.

On one manicured acre, the four-story Italianate-style villa is graced with dormers, bay windows, massive chimneys and balustrade balconies and porches and a fifteen-foot tower.

Each of the twelve guest rooms, suites, and cottages offers splendor, comfort, and private baths. Guests will find queen and king size, canopy or four-poster beds, fireplaces and luxurious bathrooms with choice of Jacuzzis, claw-foot tub, or shower. The rooms are appointed with antiques, oriental rugs, and period pieces to create a special sanctuary for every guest.

Cable television and telephones are provided in each room. Guests may also choose to enjoy the genteel country charm of one of the three cottages.

Florida House Inn


The Florida House Inn is located in the very heart of Fernandina Beach and is the oldest surviving hotel in the state of Florida. She serves as the matriarch of the historic district of Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1857, the Inn was originally constructed as a railroad boarding house. It has since been restored into an eclectic mix of vintage charm and southern hospitality making the Inn a very unique bed and breakfast. Just steps away from live nightly entertainment!

The inn offers 17 guest rooms, an English style pub, a parlor room, private breakfast room, seating for 75 in the dining room, large wrap around porches, private parking and a beautifully landscaped garden and courtyard. Also specialize in private events, weddings, family style dinners, conferences and other special events.
